Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the arrival date will be subject to a 100% penalty of the total reservation amount.

5% will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining amount will be paid upon check-in.

- In case of no-show or cancellation, according to policy, the credit card provided at the time of booking will be automatically charged or refunded, depending on the case.
- Upon check-in, guests are required to present a photo ID and the credit card used for full payment or as a booking guarantee.
- By making your reservation, you agree that the transaction fees and associated service costs are non-refundable. This means that in the event of cancellation of your reservation, these costs will not be refunded, as they correspond to services processed at the time of confirmation.
